Calm – A meditation app that can help reduce stress and anxiety, help improve focus, and more. This app is free for the basic usage.
Headspace – A free app that assists with basic mindfulness and guided meditation.
Thought Diary – this is a great app if you are struggling with stress or anxiety to track how you are feeling, giving coping methods and logging your journey.
